training team consists of industry professionals and areas

trainers are hands on and
visible throughout all locations.
Our training facility is housed at our
divisions Corporate office in Fayetteville, NC. Below are some of
the training programs that take place there.
Orientation and Customer Service Overview
During new hire orientation, all new staff members have the opportunity
to meet the key players of our corporation, hear more about the benefits
offered to them as a Mega Force team member, and learn the philosophy and
standards that our organization portrays. Staff members also learn the
customer service and quality standards that we provide to our customers
and our employees.
30 Day New Hire Training
After thirty days of employment, all new staff members head to our
Corporate Training Headquarters for a four and a half day comprehensive
training. The curriculum includes Automation, Customer Service, Risk
Management, Sales and Payroll training. All team members have access to
computers and software, allowing the most hands on and interactive
training possible for our employees.
Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Sales Training
This training agenda allows
our business development managers to receive the tools needed to become
a leading role in our marketplace. The
curriculum includes the seven steps to the selling process,
overcoming objections, assessing customer needs, and customer service
and quality
control processes used to meet and exceed our customers
expectations.
