In The Community

We Don’t Just Work Here

North Carolina is our home. We have seen firsthand the issues faced by some of our fellow residents and are committed to making a positive impact on the community. In celebration and gratitude for 40 years in business, Mega Force has implemented a corporate social responsibility initiative that will allow each employee to give back to the communities in which we live and serve. One of the issues near to our hearts is food insecurity.

How Mega Force Is Giving Back: Addressing Food Insecurity

Our first project will focus on area food insecurities. Food insecurity is an all-too-real problem throughout our state. In North Carolina alone, more than 1.4 million people face hunger – one in seven people and one of every five children.

Enriching Community Relationships

To enrich community relationships, each of our 21 branches serving North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia have located a local food pantry, warehouse, or distribution point at which to volunteer monthly:

Our volunteer efforts don’t just feed families facing hunger; they feed our employees’ need to do good work. They strengthen our connections to our local communities. And they make us better people.

We look forward continuing to make a difference in North Carolina and beyond – from helping nonprofits provide food to those in need, to supporting hospice organizations to creating meaningful partnerships that connect great people and great employers – Mega Force is dedicated to our community.
